Free Cineworld ticket with Oxford notebooks

Has anyone managed to claim the free Cineworld ticket that's on offer when purchasing 2 Oxford notebooks? I ask because I attempted at the weekend & didn't receive a thing. Have subsequently tried emailing them & again no reply was received.
(I'm sure the codes were good as, unlike a couple others in the shop, they were intact & un touched)
