Hi
We have just reserved a property from Redrow which will be finished January 2014.
We tried to negotiate, but they are very stubborn.
Also the Site Manager is absolutely not helpful.
They know that the development is in a very desirable area and that they can sell the properties quickly. So did anybody managed to get carpets, turfing, stamp duty etc off?

If you've already reserved, why asknow?
If you hear of people who got 'deals', you'll just kick yourself.

They will not be inclined to negotiate that far ahead of completion, and if demand is strong they will probably all be sold before they do feel the need.
You might still be better off though( as far as that is even possible with newbuild); with strong demand they will probably increase the price on future releases.0
