Maybe they couldn't understand the email.
Get someone to help compose the letter if you must but get a letter sent in the post requesting your refund.

I'll repeat what you've been told above, get someone with better English than yours to help you with it. You are shooting yourself in the foot if your request is written in a similar style to your posts.
Get it punctuated and capitalised correctly, and use standard grammar and formatting.0 -
