What is the water flow like through the taps below?
You can descale the end fittings overnight in vinegar although the scale may have lined the inside of the hose too.
Also, if you had a really powerful shower when you were on holiday, your perception of how powerful your shower was may be different now?If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!

Yes that was my first thought. But it's definitley weaker than it was before.
The flow of the taps below does seem weak after testing it. Other taps around the house I haven't really noticed a difference inMortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)
Savings target June 18 - £22,281.99 / £25,0000 -
I am having difficulty believing that the hose is going to kink all of its own accord whilst you were on holiday and that the taps are going to scale up of their own volition in the same timescale.
Mysers comparison point is valid.
What does "weak" mean? What is the flow rate from shower and taps?
