Not sure about cheapest, but the easiest way is the underground. You can buy paper tickets at the station which I think would be around £4.50 for each journey. Oyster would be significantly cheaper, around £2.80-£3 for a single zone 1 to 2 journey, but you will have to pay for £5 for a card for each person plus top it up with the fare. You will be refunded the £5 when you give the oyster back.

Northern Line from Euston to Embankment, then change to a Wimbledon District Line train for Fulham Broadway.

Bus is cheaper (take the 14 from Warren Street), but Tube much easier & probably quicker (depending on time of day).

For a single off peak tube journey (Euston to Fulham Bdy zone 2) it would be £4.50 per adult (and your 17 year old), £2.10 with an oyster card. The 10 year old would travel free. £2.20 for the 13 year old cash fare (as no oyster photocard?) or £2 for a daily travel card if you hold a friends and family rail card.

The cash single bus journey fare is £2.40 per adult, £1.40 with Oyster. Children aged 10 and under travel free on buses. If you have a contactless bank card you can get the fares at the same rate as Oyster.
