EXPIRED 25% off 6 or more on wine @ tesco tomorrow (4/09-10/09)

Anyone know if you get 25% off the original price for the halfprice wines instore?

Our delivery arrived this evening. Unfortunately although the receipt was for 6 bottles of wine there were only 4 supplied which thankfully we noticed before the delivery driver left. He told us we could accept the 4 and be billed for them (without discount) or reject. We chose to reject but were disappointed so hubby rang customer services who were wonderful. The nice lady tried to see if driver could collect a further 2 bottles and come straight back but with no luck so she has arranged for us to have delivery tomorrow but as the offer is over tomorrow replaced the discount with vouchers which she talked hubby through to use immediately on this order and gave us a further £5 discount voucher for their mistake. Outcome is... all being well when 6 bottles arrive tomorrow the bill should be just over £11. Fantastic service! :T

I wonder if anyone bought 6 Finest Meal Deals - that should have resulted in a discount of 6x6.99*0.75= £31.45. Subtract that discount from 6x10 meal deals and should result in total cost of £28.54 for 6 Finest meal deals including bottles of wine! Discount would be even higher if a more expensive wine was included in the meal deal.
Gutted I only just thought about it now - will try to remember for next time!

I worked out if buy 6 x £10 Finest meal deals = £60 less 25% of the wine part. 25% of 6x6.99 = £10.48 so total would be £49.52. This deal works the best when the wines are more expensive. There have been occasions where the £9.99 wines are on the deal but sometimes the finest shelf is emptied or all of the wines disappear before we take advantage of the offer.
