There is no reason why the voucher should not be honoured, when i have passed items back to the driver it has been fine. I don't know how collect from store works though ? If it is they charge you the price on the receipt sheet and you pay it then they process the refund afterwards like when items are delivered I reckon you should be ok. The only other option is to go in and amend your order to a different wine ?
Look forward to hearing how you get on :)

    Just reporting back Shimmeringsky:)
Collected my order and low and behold no sign of the 342 discount on the Pinot, only showing on the roko.
Anyway took your advice and called cust services. The lady couldn't even see the wine I was referring to as she was looking at hubby's shop, and not mine! I then explained we had done 2 shops as one was for a 'works do';)
she then found the order I was actually referring to but couldn't see that the Pinot was in the 342 offer on her system. She referred to her manager and he couldn't see it either. I explained it was definitely on offer yesterday when I placed my order as my email confirmed the expected discount. After 5 more minutes of trying to find the offer she gave up and just said that she would refund me the £15.98:j
So not a bad result. 18 bottles of wine to add to the stock pile for a fraction of the cost:beer:

Glad it all worked out in the end :D Shame they couldn't identify the discount quickly by looking at the discount given on your order, it's certainly made me wary and i will be taking screen shots in future ! pleased all was good...............eventually:)

ps thanks for letting me know:)

It does say that it won't show the discount until the order is delivered, it will be on your receipt then.

Just got back from my local Tesco where the wine is flying off the shelves.

Best buy for me was the Tesco Finest Chianti Riserva which was on 3 for 2 + 25% off for 6 + a £5 off a £40 spend coupon which had to be used today.
  • There is currently 25% off when you buy six bottles of wine and many bottles are on 3 for 2 promotion. As per the previous glitches, these discounts are applied separately. The offer ends on 10th September 2013, so be quick!

*** THE DISCOUNT ISN'T DISPLAYED WHEN ORDERING ONLINE, BUT WILL BE APPLIED CORRECTLY ON THE RECEIPT IF THE ORDER IS DELIVERED OR COLLECTED BY 10TH SEPTEMBER ***

For example, Silver Bay Point Rose is currently £3.79 per bottle. The discounts are applied as follows when buying six bottles:
    + £22.74 (6 x £3.79)
    - £7.58 (3 for 2)
    - £5.69 (25% off)
    = £9.47

I did this! All stocked up until Christmas at least. Great deal all.

It's brilliant isn't it! I bought 6 bottles of £7.99 red on the 3 4 2 and it worked out at £3'ish a bottle. Just doing another order to arrive tomorrow.
Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.

Lovely! Thank you very much OP!
  • I bought 2 finest meal deals for £10 each main, side, pudding and (including wine at £6.99 each) and 4 small bottles of Fern Bay £1.99 wine on 4 for 3. Making total of 6 bottles of wine.

It gave 25% discount off the full price bottles of wine - I haven't receipt but it was around £5.49 discount then gave £1.99 off also for the small bottles 4 for 3. Think works out small bottles are about £1 each. Maths is not my best subject.

    So in total paid £20 2 x meal deal + £1.99x4 = £27.96-£5.48 = £22.48 - £1.99 = £20.49
