Do house improvement grants still exsist in Scotland

My flat urgently needs some major repairs, but currently don't have the money, but if I win my tax credit appeal, I will have significant funds, but not enough to cover all the work

Work that needs to be done, dry rot in bathroom, and kitchen, new boiler and radiators, rewiring, and new units for kitchen, and bathroom

So if I have around £4000, I may need additional funds to make up the repair bill, so if it comes in at £12,500, I think I will need a grant to cover the remainder

By what I see on the scot gov web site, councils don't offer improvement grants, it more of advice, so do grants still exist in scotland
