Are you saying can you get a Cashback Clarity Card?
If so:
Yes, you can get a Clarity Rewards card, that pays a £5 bonus, when you spend more than £300 in a statement month.
You'll need to have a reward or U.Reward current account to qualify.
The website advises you, under 'Common Questions' to apply in branch for the card, although I believe you can apply normally (i.e: Online) and then call up and ask to add the cashback element (although, check before doing so)Thank you all for helping me make my day by saving money!0 -

That's the clarity reward card.
You can apply for the normal clarity without an account online
To answer the OP, why not apply for another halifax cc with cashback, use it for BT or purchase at 0%, and then after 6m you should be approvable for the clarity (or ring them up and ask to convert)
moneyexpert offers £25 cashback for the allinone or BT card0 -
therefore is the clarity card mentioned by martin, is the one which dont need basic account to open?0
