Thanks for the info! The garage is actualy closer to his house than mine, he lives pretty much next to the garage block and I am round the corner through an ally so its ideal for hm really. He buys cars and tunes them to track cars so i don't think has any interest in growing a weed farm. Hes storing some of his equipment in there at the mo as a favour because he regraveled the surface around the garage block. I dont know exact dimentions yet but I guess I need to measure up first before I can bart how much to charge.0

Here's the thing. If you bought all the garages, knocked them down and applied for planning permission for a couple of houses, how much would the land be worth. Divide by the number of garages.0
