Snaggles, love the hair - really love the hair. You are so pretty as well! My hair could never look like that, I spend my days looking like Medusa in a gale force 9 wind.

God knows what the scales will say tomorrow. I'm going to stand on them on one leg I think and hope that lessens the impact of what i've eaten!!!!

i've even got some rum and raisin fudge, but I haven't opened it, so I can't have been all bad

MOT day for the car, so everyone keep everything crossed please. It should be ok, but you never know. I know there is a brake bulb out but I got a replacement whilst away and just need to pop it in.

Food wise today, might be a bit of a nightmare until I get the shopping done and see what I have, but at the moment, it looks like

beans on toast
pork casserole and some amazing smelling red onion bread I bought in a droolingly amazing farm shop. I wanted to open my case and tip the contents of their fridges into it!!!

I thought I heard a few odd thuds when I was away - it seems Z is making ladies swoon at his feet!! :rotfl:

Edit: car passed MOT with flying colours - must have been the 90p I invested in the new brake bulb - woo hoo!!!!

Lean slightly backwards when you step on the scales - I find it's good for knocking about a pound off! :rotfl:

Don't worry about that sort of thing. Toto swears by that "have a pig-out" period to shock your body into losing weight. Just think of it as a long one of them...

oooh, yes, 100% recommendation there! Amazing smell every time I opened the bag on the journey home. Fab with the beans on. Funny how quickly it has shrunk though....can't think why..... :whistle:
