They'll probably be the first thing to go as I start to lose weight, unfortunately. Although we're going to start playing squash again in a couple of weeks (once I've got over my terror of being away from the baby for more than a few minutes at a time...) which should help tone the muscles behind them in an effort to stop them drooping.
After Ryan, I did karate, and that's fantastic for giving you a good cleavage (all the punching really works out the chest wall muscles), but I don't know if I can afford to take it back up again.
Snaggles - DD1 goes to Karate, they have a West Leeds and an East Leeds dojo and they are fantastic.
I pay £35 pcm and this covers up to 3 lesson a week which would usually be £4.50 each - obviously there is also the license which I think is about £15pa and the Gi is about £20.
I think its well worth the money and she is due to grade to a brown belt soon
If you want any more info klet me know

Hi
Ok, I've just eaten my very nice salad and yogurt. I am not going to Sainsbury's as I am not hungry and it's windy and horrible outside. So I am going to sit at my desk and talk to you guys
I think I've drunk my 2 litres of water as I keep going to the loobut at least it's time away from my desk :T I'm going to try something this weekend, and not spend any money. I have about 15p in my purse and I'm not doing anything this weekend so I'm going to have NSD and FFW days all weekend  Do loads of exercise to boost my weight loss and get that 2 lbs off next thurdays.
Question is what do I have for dinner tonight? Do I have pasta with homemade sauce, OR Quorn burger with cheese in a bun with homemade SW chips and salad? I'm happy to decide on votes as both are very yummy and I'm turning into a good(ish) cook.
I'm feeling all positive today and incredibly slim....So something must be going right and I just thought I would share my motivation with you.

I know it seems as if I'm mrs daily drama at the moment, I need to get something out of my system though. After yesterday's hissy fit, OH and I had a long silence/yell/sulk/silence/talk last night. Without going into grand detail, we decided to take the offer we've had for the business. We called the solicitors and faxed over the documents, called the accountant, had a meeting with the buyer and it's pretty much done. We even had to call a couple of clients and let them know.
I feel ever so sad to be honest. Don't get me wrong, we come out of this with a fair bit of cash, but I feel as if we've sold a child. Every penny of debt we had came from this business, we invested our hearts and souls and eventually our house (to pay off said debt). I feel a bit in limbo, as if I don't know where I'm going anymore. I know I don't want to go back to being a full time touring musician, I don't mind doing sessions here and there, but I can't face another full tour just now, living on a tour bus isn't as much fun as it sounds. By the time I'd done the last full tour I got to the point of burn out where I didn't care if I never saw another bloody kit. Don't get me wrong, I love playing and feel so lucky to be able to have this as a career, but I love my family too, and this job has cost me every relationship I've had to date.
OH has gone off on his tour now, just the tail end of one. He called me a while ago saying he felt like crying. Not really what you'd expect from people who are now free of all of the stress and nonsense, 120 hour weeks many weeks of the year and a pretty nice sum of cash coming our way. No pleasing some people is there.
Sorry to blurt it all out to you again, you must be getting sick of my whining by now.:A

You are NOT whining Toto, god if they were giving out prizes for it I'd be at the top of the list - you just need to let it all out. It must be a really sad feeling doing what you've done and its not suprising you feel a bit up in the air like you do, its a big loss and like any other loss, you will need time to grieve ITMS, like you said it was a massive part of your life.
You must have really thought hard about your decision and knowng you, a little, you have made the right one. You slept on the decision and woke up this morning still thinking the same, so it must be right for all of you.. I sometimes think I am going to do something then sleep and wake up and know its not the right thing to do so when alls said and done it must be right for you to carry on. Am I am making any sense??
Anyway, my darling Toto - whine, moan, shout, cry all you like, we'll all be here for you xxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -
