Statement after lost card

I recently lost my Halifax card. I called to cancel and they stopped it and are sending out a new one. They told me the new one will have a new card number.

Now my online area shows no recent transactions and my balance as NIL (although my available amount shows I have a balance outstanding). Will I be sent a closing statement from the old cancelled card? I need to see the transactions I made on it recently.

When my Halifax Clarity card was compromised they also issued me with a new card with a new number. After they blocked the previous card, it, together with all transactions vanished from the on-line banking service.

After a couple of days, presumably when Halifax sorted out what the new card number would be, that new card appeared on-line. All the outstanding transactions from the old card had been transferred to the new account. The physical card arrived a couple of days after that.

I have to say that I felt they dealt with the situation very efficiently and politely.

Just wait a day or two and all should appear again.
