I just noticed that you had written the message before I had corrected the service tag information. As I had earlier written the wrong service tag as U7670 but corrected later to 668L52J which is correct one.
Would it make any difference?
Or would I need an activation code>

No, it won't make any difference. DELL recovery disc will activate automatically with your machine. No need to enter a Product key. The Service Tag is only for you to retrieve any missing Drivers after installation. I just wanted to check as to whether the licence was for Professional or Home.
I guessed Home. Hope I was right.0
