bad luck Parking Eye

What if, just before leaving a car park having overstayed or something, a discarded plastic Tesco bag were to fly up and lodge itself over the number plate of your car, completely covering it just before you pass the camera on the way out?
And then a thoughtful bystander points this out and you remove just before joining the public highway?
That would be awfully bad luck for Parking Eye?

Best if by some strange quirk of nature it happened on the way in too!0 -
Might be even greater bad luck for the driver if the thoughtful bystander was Plod :rotfl:.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I think in future Im not going to wait for the kindly bystander, im going to check myself, at the last possible moment before i roll onto the public highway and comit an offence.
I just hope that if i do find a bag over my number plate it isnt the same one i carry in the boot..... :rotfl:0 -

Hmmmmm. A bit more confidence than I would have, knowing the circumstances. Much would depend on where they are with their bonus points target for the month.
