DELL Inspiron 2500 Cel 900MHz 256MB 20GB CD-ROM 14" Win
or
Dell Inspirion
Processor Speed: 996 MHz Processor Type: Intel Pentium III
Hard Drive Capacity: 18.6 GB Memory (RAM): 348 MB
Screen Size: 15 inches Primary Drive: DVD+/-RW
is this spec any good??

Not when it's a Celeron-M when compared to a Pentium-M. It's just rather old hat. But in this case it's really old and slow.0
