Anyone having problems with Yale Keyfree lock?

We had a new door fitted by Fusion Doors last year. It included a Yale Keyfree lock. We've been having problems with the Keyfree lock - from time to time it will not allow you to use the keypad to open the door...we need to reset the keycode to fix the problem. This has happened 2-3 times now - fortunately there's been someone inside to open the door on each occasion, but I fear that the next time we might not be so lucky!
I was wondering if anyone else had had problems with a Yale Keyfree lock?
I've reported this to Fusion Doors using their webchat facility, but it wasn't the best of experiences - the operator at their end disappeared for 5-10 minutes in between responses. She also asked me to repeat what the problem was, even though my original description was still visible in the webchat window! Anyway she said they need to refer this to Yale, so I'm now waiting for them to contact me.
