Iva,completion & ppi

Here we go,,
We received our completion certificates & report yesterday ( yippee) after entering into an iva agreement on 30/04/2008 ( wish we'd done it sooner than that) .
Around nov/ dec 2012,, our iva company insisted that we sign documentation for a partner company to persue ppi claims. As the ppi claims monies count as an asset & not a windfall,,the ppi claim monies rec'd go into the IVA.
My question is this: just before we rec'd the completion certificates,we had another letter from equity & finance to sign & return for a ppi claim for them to persue ( we duly signed & returned as while still in the terms of the iva agreement we are obligated to do so). Now,,as all our debts have been discharged, will we receive any of that claim money?
Also,,in our final report ( after some blurb about a final dividend distribution to creditors) the IP has written: I AM HOLDING BACK £5375.75 OF PPI REFUNDS PENDING CLARIFICATION ON AMOUNTS OFFSET BY CREDITORS CAPTURED BY THE ARRANGEMENT.
Does anyone know what that means?
