Maybe I'm being impatient, but I've waited 5 working days and received nothing either!

i looked on their main site and can't actually find anthing anywhere which mentions a free passport size sample... has it ended or something? I'm using passport@systeminsight.co.uk - it's the right one isn't it??

I've also seen this on the webpage:
"We reserve the right to refuse to print any photos without reasons. Offer only applies to Uk Residents." Isn't this possible discrimination??
