Cheap Energy Club switch - Not heard anything since June

Used the MSE Cheap Energy Club tool to compare prices and decided to switch to npower Online Price Fix February 2015 from Eon on 14th June but haven't heard anything since then. Unsure where to go from here and who to contact.
Anyone else had this issue and if so, who did you contact or did you just use the Cheap Energy Club tool again?

I have had similar problems. I applied to Sainsbury energy to switch in July and have not yet had any details or information. Should I contact Salisbury myself?0

I've had the exact same problem, I only switched on 06/08 however phoned NPower last night and they have no record of me wanting to switch.
There is no contact that I can find other than an email address which states not all emails get answered.
Pretty poor really, will try calling Money Super Market later as beleive it is them that deal with the switch, hopefully they might have some details!0 -
