Yes PAP, we're already booked in again in October! We've been three times in 8m and this will be the fourth. It's just so tranquil!
(I'm not on commission unfortunately but if anyone wants the details PM me - it's a gorgeous stone converted coach house in Betws-Y-Coed, North Wales and very reasonable - per night not per person/sleeps 4!)

I've spent £0.70pence on a bottle of water today not impressed only bought it cos the water machine in work has no water in it. Went shopping yesterday at tesco's and was well proud of my bargains i got only bought things on offer and what i needed resisted the temptation of crisps and chocolate but treated myself to a bottle of wine as it was on offer saving myself £1.50 so i dont feel guilty about that really.

Got lots of things to make and save for tea and also food to bring with me for my works dinners so im not going to spend anything hopefully for the rest of the week if i can help it!

Hi! It's gorgeous weather in LA Land and I too was expecting rain - bonus! Managing to get some washing dry...!

Well today I have had the day off and I have spent:

£3.74 on stocking up on rolls for the freezer for HM lunches, a little pot of salad and a reduced red chilli & cheese type flat bread in Sainsburys. Corrr it was lush, all heated up in the oven then mixed with the salad....yum!

    I digress

Then...£1.80 on return bus journey to town where I then spent:

£19.98 putting two pairs of trousers in for alterations (wish I could have done them myself but no chance) and then £0.90 on a cold bottle of something from the sandwich shop as I thought I was about to expire with thirst.

En route back to bus station I was persuaded into Cancer Research and promptly bought a pair of very casual, yet (I think) trendy trousers for £4. They are being washed as I type!

That definitely has to be IT for the day...and apart from bus fares for the remainder of the week I think I had better keep the purse/switch card safely stashed at home!

    Hi everyone.

I'm pleased to confirm it's been a nsd for me, I'm aiming for 7 nsd in a row. Fingers crossed it can be done by store cupbord teas and taking packed lunches to work.

I'll be getting the boyfriend to get hte weekly shop - out of his budget, we take it in turns.

    :-)

I need to get a few top up shopping bits, but hope that it won't be too much as I'm wanting a low spend day today :)

Looking a little grey here today - hope it doesn't rain on us all. Might have to take DD's umbrella! :)
