I need to get a few top up shopping bits, but hope that it won't be too much as I'm wanting a low spend day today

Looking a little grey here today - hope it doesn't rain on us all. Might have to take DD's umbrella!

GOOD MORNING - its glorious here :j
Im sat here waiting for Tesco to come with my delivery....its not a lot, but i was determined to use my club card vouchers before i leave for Germany at the end of the month :j ....i had checked with Tesco and they wouldnt swap to instore vouchers, and they could only be used to this address...so i thought of some bits to use them up..so i have only to pay £1.39:T
then im off to the post office to post a couple of bits....and im going to walk straight out again...not stopping for a magazine or anything :A
Have to be good, as yesterday i went out and found 2 books...1 - 1001 uses for vinegar 2- 1001 household tips...i got both for £2.99...as the store didnt scan one:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: ..stilll it should save me quite a bit:D-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Hopefully an NSD for me too. Going mountain biking this evening which may involve a shandy stop so possibly the price of a diet coke for me, but other than that I don't plan on spending a penny!
Good luck everyone x0 -
Nothing if I can help it. Bought some heavily discounted blank dvds at the weekend thanks to the Grabbit board, & was tempted to go back for more today. However, I've decided to steer clear of the shop as (a) the money could be going on a bill, & (b) it will take me ages to use up the ones I've already got - I'm sure there'll be another sale by the time I need more.
Going to a neighbour's home later for a local garden produce swap. I'm swapping loads of my onions for strawberries from one & beetroot from another.

Off to the PO later to post 5 Amazon parcels - so that money doesn't really count! And there's one that's going to my hometown, so I'm going to drop that in by hand when I go out later.
Also need to get a a bit of cash out for a trip to Legoland tomorrow for dd2's birthday (we were bought annual passes, and usually when we go, I don't spend a penny, but seeing as it's her birthday, I might buy her a drink!). And then tonight I'm doing an hour's tutoring - my first one! - so that'll be a bit of money coming in for a change
Ali - still pretty much a newbie, need to brush up my MS habits!0 -
:hello: Hi all,
Back from North Wales all sunburnt and BBQ'd out!
Should be a NSD for me unless I weaken to a packet of crisps with my sarnie at lunchtime. Really have to pull my belt in on un-necessary stuff as got lots to save/buy for prior to getting car fixed/holiday in 5 weeks in France/moving house in Sept etc etc!
