if anyone's got one of these vacuums, can you help with something.
the vacuum has a steel extendable tube to which the combination floor tool / turbobrush attaches.
how does the combination floor tool / turbobrush come off from the steel tube. i need to replace our combination floor tool. i have bought one but dont seem to be able to remove the existing one!
