Neighbours and entry, storage use?

I AM EDITING ALOT OF THIS atm
We are using the entry as a storage area while skips are hired due to house work. The insurance hasn't paid out for skips to remove whats in the entry
So we are using the entry which is beween our houses and to be honest rarely used. It's use is to get from the front to the back garden it's 15ft long and 2.5wide ISH
We SHARE this BUT all OUR stuff leans on OUR side. We're you COULD walk down it stil maybe not blindfoldedl. They complain that thier kids are at danger (ie, it's sharp and infested AND WE HAVE made sure its NOT)
SORRY I HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE but one thing I never bought up was that... They called the enviroment* thingy twice, we letters from them which was well a joke, so a guy came out from the company twice and both times the guy saw it and that it wasn't a risk or a mess and dissmissed it. Honestly it's more that we don't get on, they used to have music loud past stupid hours almost every eother day (years ago, then after awhile we anon reported them, they're attitude about her other neighbour was "well shes deaf inshe?" (she's eldery). We cadid haventhier music assested (by them guys who come in and hear as evi) and he confirmed.
Myself is 23 so I fit that profile and did not mind music but it dragged on they have kids so dont play it anymore.
Back to storyThey cleared the whole entry, giving and binning our stuff. Which honestly we had hedge strimmers etc but where do we stand??
BTW I aint trying to sue them for the return of crap but the fact they mentioned it took all day (then admitted "so what?" it as a lie)
I am torn as I see thier point but my mum wont stand for it. There is right and wrong on both sidees I know

Is it a shared pathway that both house have right of access over even though the boundary might run down the centre?
Propping stuff up against your side might seem logical to you but if it blocked (even partially) their access and you seemingly abandoned it to disappear go on holiday I can see their POV to a certain extent.
Did you discuss with them using the "entry" during your works and get their agreement before the work started?
A lot of your post is gobbledegook TBH.

Having been sad enough to read OPs other threads the uncharitable side of me is detecting the distinctive whiff of troll.

Could they fit a wheelchair down the passageway? If not a wheelchair how about a wheelie bin? A lawnmower?Tony_Williams wrote: »I AM EDITING ALOT OF THIS atm

You must keep the passageway clear as much as possible. Temporary storage for a few HOURS will be fine with most neighbours. It sounds like you had a lot more than that.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
