Another NPower Thread...Final Bill Errors

Seems I may not be alone here and from reading the other posts I'm assuming I'm not going to get much joy if I phone them.

Issue is switched suppliers from NPower on the 30th June. They asked for final readings but have not used these on my bill. My Gas Actual reading is way over and my Electricity is under but they don't cancel out.

So instead they have sent me 5 'Final' Bills - recalculated another 3 (even though they've had all the readings previously), and have now taken a transfer fee of £20.

I'm guessing I would be better emailing than phoning tomorrow?

  • they have no email address direct to complain or to discuss your final bills , you need to ring or send a letter . Npower are appaling at customer service with rude unhelpful staff , they actively promote they only have uk calls centres but id personally take a foreign call centre with a language barrier any day of the week as in my experience the non uk based call centres staff are more customer centric and try their best to help.

    Hi scottishlass,

I'm really sorry to hear about this - it does sound very confusing.

Could you email me on the address on my profile page with all your details and I can take a look into this for you?

    Many thanks,

    Adam :)
