Googled my name,won in july but not received

I googled my name and found I had won a ZoomGroom grooming tool for my dog from mature times,The date said 29th July. I have not received a WEM or the prize. Could this of recently been drawn and only just put on their web page? or should I email them,dont want to seem too eager or pushy.

The same thing happened with me when I won a book from them. I e-mailed them and they were very apologetic and my prize came about a week later.:)

Congrats! I have one from them twice before and they have always been lovely and sent out the prizes so quickly.

Thanks everyone. I have emailed them and they have just replyed. They were very apologetic and said they would look into why I have not received it and will send me an email to inform me of a delivery date. Thankyou to everyone for your help and the wonderful comps you post....this is the best site ever! x
