If you are single male with no kids the only time you will be worst off if travel is substantial. However IMO this is more than offset by having a job and a future.

Well I might not get it as I never get any feedback from my Job applications anyway, but the main thing is that I applied. :)
Yes so ask for feedback - I would.

It still isn't the point I am making though but good luck

Why don't you ask the said advisor how you will manage on the salary for this job if you were to get it

If you work for fewer than 16 hours a week you can carry on claiming JSA and simply declare the amount that you've earned.

And they can not make you apply for a job that's less than JCA!!

Don't count on it! The JCAs are a law unto themselves. Fifth Reich maybe?
  • ... Or did you mean JSA? LOL!

It also 'costs' to get to interviews and the Job Centre. Welcome to the real world!

There are lots of cleaning jobs about, some not all are industrial cleaning which attracts a lot more hours than your normal cleaning jobs and also pays a lot more than NMW.

Just put the jobs on there all you need to do is keep applying for your normal work too as well as cleaning jobs.
