I already have the organic version 
, but she is very small, old and a bit deaf nowadays. I'm considering getting an electronic companion for her. Clifford James makes one of these. The device senses anyone around the door and sets off a recording of an angry German shepherd dog. I'm concerned that ever time a bird flies past or hedgehog visits the front garden, the thing will activate.
Does anyone have experience of this type of thing?
