Merging Items on a Pivot

Hi All,

I'm fairly new to pivot tables and I have been presented with a table that contains two items within with with separate values e.g.

Team_1 - 30
Team_2 - 10

Team 1 and 2 have now merged under the name Team_1, how can I present this within the table so that Team_1 - 40 is displayed?

Thanks

on your data source, find and replace Team_2 with Team_1 and refresh the pivot table? are they the only teams that exist? if so take out the team level..

That worked, I've one final query.

I have a spreadsheet function reading from a pivot table on a separate spreadsheet, everything is working with the exception of one. Northern teams within the pivot on the second table is not being read as it has options within it's dropdown list, is there anyway around this? I've added the drop down options to my original spreadsheet to no avail.
