I would most strongly disagree with that assertion, so there's probably little point in me suggesting to you a business account with good customer services as our understanding of what constitutes good customer service is obviously very different.

Yep, its subjective. If your bank turned you down when you were is desperate need of an overdraft extension, one might say it is poor.

However, if they said yes, you might say they are great!

It is subjective yes, however there are also awards they've won which are designed to be more objective.

Our very own MSE did a poll which they topped too.
