Thanks all. Think it will take a long time for the Watty house to recover. Working from home, having the dog around all the time has left a huge gap.
2016 not turning out to well.
Tendons in my one good arm damaged,
Mr Watty had operation on Friday to remove lump from underside of foot. Lump to go for biopsy.
Managing to work a bit but everything else still on pauseMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -
Oh Watty, I'm so sorry to read your news. It's hard to be with them when they die but lovely that you were able to love him to the very end.
Am sending all the strength and support possible.
RIP Wattydog.

Poor you and poor Mr Watty.
Don't forget to wear oven gloves. When our dear dog died I took a casserole out of the aga without them.0 -
I hope your arm improves, and the biopsy is benign. Sending positive thoughts to you both.0

Thanks everyone.
Feel I should make some financial progress so paid self regular monthly sum from business. Am a bit cotton wool headed so not sure if we need that money for anything. For now am leaving in a 5% earning current account.
Also paid in the rent from Power Network for electricity box thingummy in corner of field and rounded it up to £130 and moved that to savings.
Joint account has taken a hammering it would seem as there isn't much in there until end of month so not sure if money will be able to stay in savings.
Really not feeling on top of this at all.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Oh Watty ....
It sounds like you're leaving yourself a safety margin in case you're really not on top of it, and thats the best any of us can do in your situation. Just keep on taking care of yourself.
Many hugs.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
