Expensive Camera on Travel Insurance?

Hiya,
I'm looking at purchasing some (annual) travel insurance for a trip to Naples on Thursday. I will be travelling around alone at night with about 4k of camera equipment, and I hear Naples isn't really the best place to be doign that...! So, obviously I want to make sure that this would be covered.
I'm going to check that my current camera insurance doesn't cover me abroad (as I assume it doesn't) in the morning.
But in the meantime, does anyone know if any cheapo travel insurance policies would cover this as standard? Most of the compmarison sites list columns like 'medical expensives', 'cancellation cover', etc - I can't see anything that this would come under..?
Cheers
Pete

Cameras and camera equipment, etc would be classed and defined as a Valuable...
If you're taking top range and expensive equipment like that, check under you husehold insurance if it's already covered by that, or take our specialist cover, especially if you're talking about 4K's worth!!!0
