Getting rid of the wetroom

Hello
We currently have a wet room next to our kitchen.
Our plan is to knock the wetroom down and knock our kitchen through.
How is best to "fill in" the drain for the shower?
Thanks

What size is the drain, 1 1/2"??
Plug it with a kids rubber ball, push about 3"into the drain/ubend.
Silicone sealant around and over the ball, then mortar mix over and do what you will.
That's of course based on what I'd expect to find at home and avoiding any real expense.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0
