I've managed to sort it now thank you their customer service is very helpful and managed to track one down that has just come back as a return. That is one headache over now

We've had everything from there apart from shirts which we haven't bought yet and been very please with the quality

Absolutely Mine wouldn't even considering ordering from here even though I said we could send them back easily if he didn't like! Ah well, we love them to bits hey?

That's good, I'm very pleased your headache is over Judging from the good reviews elsewhere on the internet, I hoped they'd have good customer service.

Wow, I was very impressed. Parcel arrived today! I didn't pay for next day delivery, I went for the 3 days option.

As you said, the material feels good quality and looks nice on too. The only down side is when I was examining it all, there was a small (grease?) mark on the left shoulder of the waistcoat as well as a bit where the pattern hadn't been woven quite right, as though the machine missed a couple of stitches or something. Sorry, finding it a bit difficult to explain. For the money I paid, it's not particularly noticeable...but I know it's there and it'll bug me, so I'm going to try and talk to customer services tomorrow and see if they're able to do anything

Ask to speak to Silvana, She sorted out the problem I had yesterday. The new jacket arrived this afternoon and it's perfect!! One happy bunny! plus she told me to keep hold of the other two wrong ones until I'm completely happy

Which style of waistcoat did you go for? I had the Savoy diamond ones
