Creditcard soft credit search

Is there any other credit card provider offer soft credit search other then Nationwide and Barclays ?
Does MBNA offers that or others.

You could use the MSE 'Pre-Eligibility' credit card checker - it does quite a few cards.
I believe it is run by HD Decisions, the same company that (I think) operates Barclaycard's soft search.Thank you all for helping me make my day by saving money!0
