Take it with you.
I always take some washing powder in a clear bag and have been been stopped or searched. If they did stop you it would not take long to rule out any drugs, etc.0 -
Hi
thanks for those replies, I rang Manchester airport today, and was advised that it would be ok, but that when I go through security, to tell them straight away, and I told them I have the receipts.
they did say it may take 5 mins for each bag to be checked, that's if security do decide to check them.
They family live in a remote village and the family have little cash, so we take it for them, for them to buy a bag it's about £7 where they live.
I paid £1.10 for a bag, so it helps the family.
Speaking of security, I lent our small cases to some family members for their children to take to butlins, upon getting the cases back, we never checked them.
Next we did a long weekend in Benidorm, just taking small cases.
hubby packed his, and off we went, when we arrived at Benidorm, hubby emptied his case, and we was gobsmacked, when he put his hand down into the long compartment at the front, and pulled out a plastic gun...............omg
We couldn't believe how we'd got through all that new security that they have at Manchester airport, and we was also distraught at the fact of if we'd been stopped, with it.0
