Eeee! I can't wait untill Tuesday!
I'll need to think up a fake name, and down a few gin and tonics before I go on the phone though :rotfl:
I've got so much catching up to do on you guys! Oh and by the way, the £20 hillarys Blinds cashback for a genuine appointment request, the chap never called or turned up at the door. Here's hoping the £20 still clears thoughDebt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:

Just updating my total, another £6.12 to add! :j
Still trying to weigh up whether the Quidco Legal and General Isa worth doing. £110 cashback for £500 investment sounds great. From what I can see you can't do the cash isa though it has to be stocks and shares. Am so clueless about this. Is anyone else trying it?
Hope you feel better soon Emily!
I think from what I can gather there is a cash option. its the cash option of a maxi isa ( ie the max is 7k in the isa but only 3k can be cash)
I cant see there being any issue about closing it after the 110 has paid out.
Im going to ring them in the morning i think to get some clarity on it, will report back. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Ok
While we were away 4 books sold on amazon. Nice .
We have a prty to go to tomorrow night so not too sure what sundays efforts will look like
I am going to try and menu plan for 10.00 for the week out of store, and this will create 15. ( hopefully)
baz has said he doesnt want to accept any of the money from my 2nd job or from my 50.00 cashback from my phone contract, which is a shame, but he has his principles - men eh!
My quidco is ticking in at 50.70 at the mo, baz needs to do his and pronto ( he doesnt have pc access at work tho)
Must get on this moneymaking waggon- and pronto- we are flailing behind here
Im all for MBing once this dratted ebay gets done.
Keep on trucking gang! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Popped my MBing cherry yesterday too!
I'm a little confused though as I deposited £50 in 2 different betting accounts yesterday and this morning now have a total of £123.85 so £23.85 profit but over on the gambling board I've been told that I've lost £1.15summat about the 1.5% commission but in my eyes that's still £23.85 I didn't have yesterday WOOOHOOOO!!!
Just waiting for next Tuesday now as I've signed up to Sportingbet and you place a £25 bet and the following Tuesday they credit you with a free £25 bet so I'll get at least £25 profit from that whatever happens!! (I think)
It's good to find a close'ish match for your first few bets until you get more confident.
Depending on how much you enjoy it you should start to be more picky over your odds. Something I didn't and don't do, which would of made me more money. Start looking for odds that are higher at the bookie than Betfair. When they are a certain % over Betfairs price you guarantee to lock in profit. This is called an arb. Play around with the matcher spreadsheet to see how this happens.
I've just completed Sportingbet for £105.91 profit which included a nice few arbs.
You might have to phone them up for your free bets though! :rolleyes:0 -
Hi lynz, how was the break away? I hope your headache didn't stay with you for too long

I'm doing pretty poorly at the challenge. Can you tell me Lynz, could I add my income from my new job to the total, or is that not allowed? Hopefully once Ive got some cash in the bank I'll give the MB'ing a go, gawd I miss gambling...responsibly of course!
Cheersx

JD - as far as I interpret the rules you are more than welcome to add new p/t income to the challenge, basically the same as Mystery shopping/AQA etc etc - anything extra is addable (a new word I invented!:p )
Apart from that I lost 18p on the Coral offer (Dr Hook, don't ask!!) but have made £23.18 on MB and £5.10 on AQA - seriously ITS rubbish at the mo!!
Got an MS job tomorrow for £10 - I think if they send the linky
Incidently have been concerned as people on other threads are always saying don't mention companies / fees / shops in the same post as is against confidentiality so think some of our thread posts are a little dodgyreally not being bossy but don't want people to get into trouble!!
See you all tomorrowDFW Nerd #1310 -
Hi everyone
Time for another update:
AQA - £109.50
Change - £8.00
Mystery Shopping - £4.70
Quidco - £38.45
Ebay - £151.00
Other - £248.50
Total - £560.15
I have done some more questions on Ebay, sold something else in the paper for £2.50 and sold that spa day prize for £225!!!
I still feel rubbish but am glad that I'm halfway there already
