Fairly productive day today - done a bit of AQA & signed up for a couple of surveys, clicks & the blockbuster dvd rental trial on quidco, so I've managed to break the £200 mark & my total now stands at £208.58 :D

well I did the car boot sale today, made just short of £70 but had someone else things too so I need to work out how much was mine.
I also don't understand the matched betting but would love to have a go.
I am seriously lagging behind with this challenge now.

    Hi everyone :)

Didnt do the carboot this mornin as it was raining six o clock :( ah well thers always next week!!

Hope ur all ok. Lynz did u have a nice night with ur OH? Hope u just chilled and relaxed.

Well done on the flat Emily at least u can chill now... did u manage to get the 100 questions done??

shamu - matched betting is made up of a lot of thins but the basic jist is... you sign up to two companies that give u free bets (coral, paddypower etc etc) U bet on a football match e.g. manchester united V everton. Using ur free bets u bet on both teams winning using the differnent companies so no matter if one wins or loses u win and get the cash from one of the companies. there is an ovious downfall a draw then u lose on both sides. I dont really understand it myself but from what ive read thats it. u have to check the odds and work out using a table ow much money u could win or lose click on the introduction o matched betting and print it. I highlighted all the things I needed to understand and slept on it it became much clearer. Im going to start when ive got some spare cash (never ) and tell people on the board what im going to do so that they can help u!!

Lolo dont see it as lagging behind see it as u didnt have that money in the first place and ask urself

''what can I do to make money today???''

    well today im going to...
:) list things on ebay (really going to do it today)
:) finally fill out AQA job application
    :) do my daily clicks

Im sure theres more I an do but never mind thats enough it is sunday. I worked my part time job this weekend and got £45 but that had to go on PETROL again so cant include that in my total. but at least im filled up for the week until i get my wages on thursay and OH tiny bit of money he gets in!!!

ahhhhhh well. thats the bills paid for another month I suppose. I just hate working this hard and not being able to have a penny for myself or OH to spend on something nice. maybe oneday sniff :(

Lynz I cant tell u how many headaches I get it seems to be everyday at the same time The doctor has tested me for everyting but nothing. changed my pill changed my diet changed everything even tested my eyes, think its hormonal or something so ur not alone chica. Poor OH gets it when its really bad lol

hope ur all ok on this lush day

Didn't get the chance to finish all my 100 questions, I'm trying to catch up today and get to £150 in my AQA account. Wish me luck!!

I'm also trawling through Freecycle to see if I can get some freebies for my boyfriend's flat.

I finished half of a survey last night too so will aim to finish that today.

I won a couple more prizes but I doubt they will get here before the challenge ends (the Daily Star Sunday are rubbish at sending out prizes - I'm waiting for 8 from them!). They are a spa break worth £500 which I should be able to sell as it's like a gift voucher and a portable gas BBQ (worth around £100) and 12 bottles of Kumala wine :D

Will update total later today when I have done my questions.

Emily how do u win all these comps???

  • Well done on that prize haul Emily. Absolutely brilliant:beer:

I do a lot of comping myself although it's a while since I won anything worth selling because we are doing a lot of quite major updating work on the house. Trying to get as much done as possible during the 'summer ' days and lighter nights as we seem to be without electricity a lot:eek:

Could I be nosey and ask what proportion (very roughly of course) of comps you do on-line and what proportion on postcards etc? I've never done a lot on-line as I've been using up a massive stock of ungummed stamps bought on eBay yonks ago!

I hope your lovely wins continue
