sorry lynz missed ur post, hope ur ok. I constantly get migranes. My friend went into a rehab clinic and used to get major migranes and her mentor made her drink a pint of room temp water within 5 mins and I tried and it totally works, make sure its not cold tho u'l get brain freeze!! hope ur ok chica. xxTotal debt £17,135 total paid off £5250

mine for 2 adults and 2 kids was £70 pm and we're in good health and still young-ish (28 and 32).
