there's also a good one about Cyberslotz somewhere, it is possible to do that one and come out good. I'd stay away from Bingo sites as lots have min payout thresholds.

Welshgirl, thanks for the Aqa info.

  • im not bein funny but these questions for AQA are a bit ridiculous....

If a swimming pool 30ft long 20ft wide and 10 ft deep was fillled with baked beans how many beans would there be?

    Wat the eck????

how the hell am i supposed to find that?

ok so theres this pool its

    30 x 20 x 10

    6000 sq ft yeh???

but beans?? how many beans?? how big is a bean?

    about a cm??

how many cm in a foot?

    30.48 = 1 foot

    ok....

i need to make 6000 sq ft
    so 6000 x 30.48= 182880 beans.

can you work it out in cans of beans? Sure I saw something about it being mentioned on a thread about aqa somewhere - maybe a search will bring it up.

Can feel your frustration, I must have different questions, but argh!!!!

    morning gang :D

Dezzie sorry I missed your thread last night, I would probably have been able to help you out then  dont know if you still need the answer?

I am back to work today :( hopefully I can squeeze in loads of comping.

I had a huge epiphany last night and think ive "got matched betting". Must print off some other stuff tho. Jo, what have you printed off and have you understood it yet?

I tried to get OH to do all the freebie quidcos last night- did anyone notice the problem there? none of the freebie ones were tracking through? PLus pigs back probs all day yesterday :wall:

On the plus side 2x more books sold on amazon and loads of records listed too. Anyone know nywhere else we can list vinyl? ( preferably for free!)

Im going to have to stop the 2nd job this week, as my camera is simply not up to it. So thats a slow down on that front as well.

Before we go away on tues we wil have to have
    a) taken all ebay photos & uploaded them ready to go
    b) listed all records and bookas outstanding
    c) transferred any money possible from anywhere.

When we get back it looks liike once we have ebayed its matched betting and comps that will get us out of this- our ebay stuff will be lucky if we can make more than 100 quid, maybe more I dont know.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MAKE MONEY RIGHT NOW - for more inspirational phrases ike this go to briantracy.com - some interesting stuff on there.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I've just sent off my Aqa test, very much doubt I'll get it though! Here's hoping, it would be good.

Today I'm mega busy but might try and sort out a box to put ebay stuff in so when I come back from hols next week I'm sorted. Will try and do a bit of matched betting this afternoon too.

My car insurance hasn't tracked with quidco either, bit annoyed about that, but since we'll save £20 a month it isn't bad. Was the cheapest quote anyway.

Hallo everyoneJust signed up to brainjuicer and earned 1.25. I am thinking if i have to take any money earned in Amazon vouchers then i will use for a xmas/birthday gift, therefore saving myself 5.00 in real cash......or is this cheating?

Definately not cheating, it's money you would've spent anyway huh! Well done :D

Blimey, you lot have been busy since I left the office yesterday!! Just read through 2 pages of the thread and I've forgotten what you've all said!

Lynz, I think we have to come up with an inspirational message for all of us to put in our sigs, it'll give us motivation! Good luck comping today, I think I might join you. I printed off the MB instructions off that newbie thread, I still don't get it although I was kinda going between that and my John Grisham book I'm reading at the moment, nearly finished it so wanted to read that instead!!

Who's up for the matched betting thing then? I think we need to get our backsides in gear and decide what we're gonna bet on and when. I think the thread over on the gambling board lists the bookies to sign up to, I've already joined ummmm Coral I think it is to get a £10 cashback when you pay £10 in a make your first £10 bet (so basically joined it and did my bet for nothing :D), I'm not sure if the other bookies will let me join for cashback cos it might be similar as those DVD rental things where they're all linked? Lynz tell me the epiphany you stumbled across re the MB thing!

I did the AQA test a little while ago and didn't make the grade unfortunately...although I'm not particularly bothered cos it took a lot longer than I thought it would and trying to research how much the moon would weight if it were made out of Aero is not really my idea of having fun on the internet!!

I probably won't have much time for money making today as I need to sort out my budget sheet to stick under DH's nose. He got paid today and I need to make sure he's giving me half the house keeping etc. etc. so I shall be busy with incoming/outgoing excel spreadsheets for most of the day....oh sorry I mean working :p
