ooh I think I might have just 'got' the whole MB thing!! I will be printing out the thread though (will go on a hunt in a min) and reading it. Then posting on the newbies thread. I have a bit of money in my debt fund that I can use and if I really go slow and follow everyone's advice AND check it out with the experts I think it'll be safe.
Hmmm...could boost things for this challenge

Hi Lynz, I think the hard drive has been eaten by a virus, I rung PC world but they don't fix laptops unless it was purchased from them. Laptop hard drives are apparently more expensive than normal towers, I wouldn't know bout this thou. Thanks for the offer, I'll PM you when I get some money to fix it!
I think we should start looking into the MB thing, I'm going to try and 'get it' at lunchtime, then I think we should discuss which things we should be betting on and then mosey on over to the MB's newbie board to get advice. We will make a fortune!!!
