Does anyone have an address for this company or details of the owner/boss?
They took money from my daughters account without authorisation, they agreed they shouldn't have done and that a refund was going to be made. Surprisingly it hasn't been and now I am thinking the only way forward is a small claims case

Thank you I will be sorting out a claim, as they have given two dates and missed them both and are now not replying to any emails

That looks like a fronting address tbh.

The company on it though is listed as Enhance Financial Services Limited

They seem to be a bit of an issue when you do a quick google...

Just looked on their website and they have two addresses listed, one entitled their 'principle place of business' so would I be right thinking I should use that address?

And its only a half hour drive from me so I might even pop up there and ask them for the money face to face . . . ..

At the bottom of their home page it says:

On their contact us page there is also:

I'll send a LBA to both places and see if I get a response from either one, companies like this really grip my guts

Don't forget to send the letters in your daughter's name.
They would probably ignore a letter from you.

Just an update as haven't been on earlier as I have been on my jollies The full refund was put into my daughters account two days after this post was written and I also sent an email telling them I was going to start court action - result
