48 hours in Paris!

After flights & accomadation (staying near Grand Boulevard station), how much would it be for 2 days & 2 nights in terms of spending money? Not really planning to do any shopping. Any recommendation for restaurants also appreciated. Thanks.

Without wishing to spoil your anticipation, keep you eye on your bag, and valuables always. Paris is outdoing Barcelona these days in the theft stakes. Treat any unsolicited approach as a distraction technique, especially in tourist areas, train stations etc. Thankfully these are rarely violent events, just predatory and opportunistic.

If you have your wits about you, you'll be fine. But I'm a great believer in being honest, and Paris does have a problem. It's also a beautiful city with so much to enjoy. That's why I'm back again about 4 weeks.

Have a great time. I hope I haven't ruined the mood!

Oh. As for money. I'd estimate about £120 per person, per day. Much will depend on where you eat. It can be done for much less.
