He doesn't need any eveidence now, it's been to court and a warrant issued, the debt is not in dispute.
Getting the warrant served is the issue, finding him and then getting the money back is the hard part.0 -
Depends how he got the judgement, if judgement by default (ie defendant never responded) then he could apply for the CCJ to be struck off so he can submit a defense.
Although it's all about balance of probabilities, ops text would well and truly satisfy this.0
