    He doesn't need any eveidence now, it's been to court and a warrant issued, the debt is not in dispute.

    Getting the warrant served is the issue, finding him and then getting the money back is the hard part.

    Depends how he got the judgement, if judgement by default (ie defendant never responded) then he could apply for the CCJ to be struck off so he can submit a defense.

    Although it's all about balance of probabilities, ops text would well and truly satisfy this.
