£88 council tax for a 6 bedroom house? I wish my LA's costs were that low!0

Well technically it is a 4 bedroom house. Two bedrooms were added on the top so a conversion but one of them shouldn't be rented out. Also there is another small room which is also too small to be rented out but the landlord is allowed to live there or someone who is acting for the landlord ie. managing the property.
There is no lounge as the landlord has turned what was a lounge into another bedroom. It was probably the best room of the house.0
