accounting software that works with PayPal

I am a sole trader selling items on ebay and am looking for accounting software to use that works well with paypal as thats what I use to buy and sell as well as my barclays business account.
I dont want to pay monthly. I want either free or a one of payment.
Any ideas?

I just download the records in CSV from Paypal and add them all up in open office. I have to work out the cost of sales manually though, but it's not too difficult.0

Free Agent is a complete solution, includes a PayPal interface and you can even issue invoices with a PayPal pay by button/logo0

If you download monthly reports from Paypal you can enter the totals in any accounting software or spreadsheet. I'm not sure there is a need to spend extra money for one that works with Paypal.0
