Cost of replacing a wood shed with a brick built one?

At the moment have an old 8x6 wooden shed due for replacement.
I would like to replace it with a concrete based block one of the same size(small garden) which would give me more flexibility.
Could anyone please give me an idea on roughly how much it would cost?
Also would I need planning permission to do this?
Thanks as usual
