Put in a ticket about a DS not crediting, they first replied saying she could see it had credited the following morning. I reply to tell her the following morning was a NEW survey I took....So she took 3 days to tell me that some surveys take up to 6 weeks to credit so I should just wait

!!!!!!? That is appalling customer service :mad: Time to find a different site, me thinks

I had the exact same message for white screen and no credit. wait 6 weeks then send them an email. its not good service.
