WARNING PL Survey on Music / Spotify for 48 SB, just DQ me right on the last page, took ages to get through as well!
    Yup, ditto.
  • Aware this might not be news to you but I see that the £5 AGV are still discounted... Wonder if they are going to run the 24hours for them from when they put the discount on at 5pm yesterday.

Might help someone if they get lucky with surveys today :D

You get an e-mail :) It says something like 'your gift card has been posted' and you get an e-mail for each voucher you ordered.

Thanks Cally. When I went to use MB I had to update the database, but other than that I thought I was using the correct version of MB. Will ask on Techie page as its happened a few times now. Need my bed.

Hi, did you ask? would you mind posting a link to your question. I don't get any warnings but only use the free Microsoft program. I am wondering if I need a paid version now. One thing I did wonder, do you have the toolbar installed? I have read that this can cause problems (I haven't installed it)

Put in ticket for a white screen survey - reply from swagbucks

I do apologize for the error and the trouble you experienced while taking a survey. When you experience any errors while taking surveys, your answers will not be calculated in the survey results. When this occurs the survey company is unable to push the credits through. Please know, the surveys are not in our control as the surveys are not hosted on Swagbucks.com's servers. We would also like to let you know that the we are working on making the survey experience a better one.

As a courtesy, I credited 10 Swag Bucks.

This is not enough we are completing the whole surveys and not getting credited and the survey company are getting all the info they want.
Its not good enough of SB as they are not pulling them surveys we are reporting faults on, allowing them to run. Poor customer service again

Agree. Thing is, its almost certain that the issue does not lie with the survey companies - most of the DS are available elsewhere, for far more money than SB pay.
When these exact same surveys have been done on other sites, they have always credited instantly (as far as I'm aware)

I had my first white screen for sometime today it was for TS only 38sb and ten minutes but it is frustrating. As with other offers you should at least get confirmation in the survey settings of the ones you've carried out and if any problems arise you should be able to make a complaint as other parts of swagbucks do. Having to remember survey numbers then make a complaint to SB rather than the survey is bad customer service.

Hi Wizzbang. I;m running free avast also and in the last 6 mins i've had4......no, 8 threat alerts popping up, tho saying they are blocked. I keep getting notification to update when I log on, but haven't as I wasn't sure it was to buy the avadt or not. I'm running a quick scan also. Any advice please? The virus being blocked is a win32 Faheit (or something!).

    Hi Cath,

I'm sorry you're having troubles too. I'm afraid I really can't advise you- I'm no computer expert and I don't know the answer. Also I'd hate to direct you wrongly and cause something to happen to your computer. If I get a virus, I usually Google it and follow instructions from a reputable site about how to remove it. Usually with Avast, that involves moving the item to the chest and then deleting it.
