Edit 3: It hasnt charged my account yet, so I'm guessing it only does that once I've cashed out?
Edit 4: Theres also nothing under My Giftcards. Does it take awhile?
Check your Order Status page. If there's nothing there or your My Giftcards it's probably because you're waiting for a PIN. If you try ordering the £5 giftcard again I think it'll probably block the order process by bringing up a red box about the PIN code.
I think that ultimately you may not have to actually spend any points to get a £5 giftcard, but it was a good low risk way to get your PIN on the way. It was awhile ago but I seem to recall I tried to cash out £5 PayPal, asked me to get a PIN and then I had to re-order the £5 PayPal to actually get it (entering my PIN at checkout). Once you have the PIN you can probably just wait for the Amazon sale to make use of it and deduct points? You can always ask Support to confirm.0 -
Yeh nothing under any of the order statuses either.
Ah yes there it is! Thanks rao. Okay so essentially I've not ordered anything yet, just the pin code.
Also yeah, I'll check about that rao, seems more economical, I mean if push comes to shove we do shop at M&S (oh my god their food), so it wouldn't be too bad.0 -
Does it do this only the once or do I have to wait for the post every time I order a card?
I've heard every so often they might ask you to verify again using a PIN. But it's definitely not every time, so you should be good for awhile. I verified earlier this month and have been able to get a few orders without having to verify by post.0 -

I only ever had to verify once, the first time I cashed out over 2 years ago before the new system came in.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Sent a support ticket asking about it. The only issue I can see is that it might not work for ordering a different e-card instead of the same M&S one. But we'll see when I get a reply, would be good to know for certain for future new users as well.0 -

Yes that happened to me with my first giftcard, a few months ago. I missed out on an offer and had to do it all over again at full price. I told them their system was crap, any other 'store' would have to honour the price on the day you cashed out.Minimalist

385/380. I think I'm on course for the discounted £50 amazon voucher. I have not worked out what my bonus will be but before taking that into account I'll need to get 198 points a day on average which should be possible.
Having an argument with customer services who say that they won't complete a survey even though I've sent them a screen shot of the survey completion page. they say as it didn't redirect to swagbucks and there was an error on the survey they won't credit me. I have asked them to credit me and take it up with their partners. Sigh. still refuse to stress over it too much life is too short
Thank you to those who posted the code. Never seen such a big one
Good news though - had an email saying my £50 paypal has been paidGood timing spent a lot this month and we still haven't reached pay day

I have DQ'd from every single survey again. I have no chance of getting an Amazon voucher in the sale at this rate. I need 200 per day and so far today am on 31 with only games left to do. Even tried some offers but it seems I've done them all before so they don't credit. Grrrr.Challenge: Make £2024 in 2024

Sorry to hear that. It's a shame they seem to either hand out consolation points or ignore the issue of surveys not redirecting back to Swagbucks at the end. It's really hard to prove anything when there is no actual tracking or history on survey progress on the Swagbucks site itself. So you're just at the mercy of them taking your word for everything.
To be honest I haven't really tried to contact and argue for failed survey points, I lose track of all of them. Hope they get it fixed.0
